How many QR codes can I generate from one spreadsheet?

The integration supports up to 10,000 rows per batch generation on the Enterprise plan. Business plans support up to 1,000 rows per batch. Each code is a fully independent dynamic QR code with its own analytics and redirect management.

Can scan data be written back to my spreadsheet?

Yes. The integration can sync scan counts, unique scanner counts, and last-scan timestamps back to designated columns in your spreadsheet. This update runs on a configurable schedule (hourly, daily, or on-demand).

Do I need a paid Google Workspace account?

No. The QR-Hero add-on works with both free Gmail Google Sheets accounts and paid Google Workspace accounts. You do need a QR-Hero Business or Enterprise plan for API-powered features.

Can I regenerate QR codes if I update URLs in the sheet?

Yes. If you update a destination URL in your spreadsheet, you can re-run the generation for that row. The existing QR code's redirect is updated — the physical code image does not change, so previously printed codes automatically point to the new URL.
